In the sleek corridors of corporate offices, he once taught the art of communication and leadership. His voice carried confidence, his sessions brimmed with energy. Yet, beyond the charts and applause, another voice, softer but persistent, called him inward. What began as a curiosity about the human mind evolved into a lifelong journey into energy, healing, and awakening. This is the story of how one man traded corporate metrics for the measure of the soul, and how that choice gave birth to Nalanda Wellness.
During the early years of his professional life, he found himself captivated by a single, persistent question: how do people grow? What allows one person to thrive while another falters under the same circumstances? That fascination with human potential, with the mysterious inner workings of thought, motivation, and change, naturally drew him into the world of corporate training.
In that world, he flourished. His days were filled with workshops and seminars, guiding professionals toward better communication, leadership, and performance. He relished the process of watching someone’s confidence bloom, seeing clarity dawn in their eyes as they realized what they were capable of. He worked with respected organizations and learned the art of inspiring others. Yet, even amid his growing success, something deeper stirred beneath the surface, a quiet voice that whispered of a different kind of growth, one that could not be captured in performance metrics or quarterly reviews.

That voice had always been there, long before his corporate years began. Even as he was rising through the professional ranks, he spent his evenings buried in books on meditation, energy healing, and the boundless potential of the human mind. The field of personal development, which at first seemed so rooted in skill and strategy, had opened a hidden door one that led to the vast, luminous world of spiritual awakening.
But it was within the polished corridors of corporate life that he began to truly see the contrast. Around him were brilliant, ambitious individuals, people who had achieved everything they had been taught to chase: success, recognition, and financial stability, yet many of them lived under constant pressure, anxiety, and emotional turmoil. Watching them struggle, he began to ask himself an uncomfortable question: Why do we train so much for success but so little for peace?
That realization became a turning point. It awakened something that had long been waiting in him, a sense that real success must include inner harmony. Slowly, a vision began to take shape: to bridge the two worlds, the external one of prosperity and the internal one of spirituality.
When the moment of decision finally arrived to leave behind a stable, thriving corporate career, it came with surprising clarity. There was no inner conflict, no storm of doubt. The spiritual work he had been doing, especially Reiki, had already dissolved the old fears. Through it, he had discovered a profound inner strength, a quiet assurance that life supports those who walk in alignment with their soul’s calling. For him, this wasn’t a leap into uncertainty, it was a natural unfolding.
And so, in 2013, Nalanda Wellness was born. It wasn’t merely a business venture but the manifestation of a dream that had been quietly forming for years. From the beginning, he felt guided as though every challenge, every question, arrived as part of a larger design. There were the expected hurdles: building a brand, finding the right audience, and managing resources. But he met them not with worry, but with curiosity. Each obstacle became an opportunity to grow, to deepen his faith in the energy that seemed to move his work forward. He often said that if he could help even one person transform their life, he would have fulfilled his purpose. That simple conviction became his compass. It gave him confidence that was unshakable, a trust that things would unfold in their own divine rhythm.

His corporate background, far from being a discarded chapter, became the very backbone of Nalanda Wellness. The precision and professionalism of that world gave structure to his spiritual vision. He knew how to design programs that were not only spiritually enriching but practical, measurable, and results-oriented. The same communication skills that once inspired teams in boardrooms now helped him translate the profound teachings of Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and Past Life Regression into language that resonated with both the heart and the intellect. It was this rare blend of corporate clarity meeting spiritual depth that made Nalanda Wellness stand apart.
But the story of his connection with Reiki had begun long before. Back in 2000, he had been struggling with relentless migraines that no medical treatment seemed to relieve. In his search for healing, he came across Reiki almost by accident and it changed everything. Within a year of consistent self-healing practice, the migraines disappeared completely. Yet, the transformation was not just physical. He began to experience a deep inner peace, a joy and clarity he had never known before.
That experience convinced him that Reiki was far more than a healing technique. It was a path to awakening, a doorway to a more expansive way of being. Over the years, he watched his students and clients undergo remarkable transformations, chronic illnesses fading, relationships mending, people rediscovering purpose and happiness. Every such story reaffirmed his belief that Reiki was a gift meant to be shared, a light meant to spread.

When Nalanda Wellness began to take shape, he was fortunate to have the unconditional support of his family. His wife and mother believed in his vision from the very beginning, offering their faith when it mattered most. His friends and former colleagues were, at first, unsure. Some were curious, others skeptical. The shift from corporate trainer to spiritual teacher seemed too abrupt, too unconventional. But as they saw the quiet joy and balance that radiated from him and witnessed the tangible impact his work had on others skepticism turned into admiration. In time, many of them became his students and clients, walking their own paths of healing and discovery.
Of course, there were challenges, finances, marketing, team-building, and the usual tests of entrepreneurship. But he approached each with the same calm that Reiki had taught him. He practiced daily, staying grounded and intuitive, trusting that right decisions would reveal themselves at the right time. Instead of fixating on competition, he focused on contribution. “If I stay true to my mission,” he often reminded himself, “everything I need will come.” And, as if in response, the right people, opportunities, and resources did appear, again and again, just when they were needed.
Over time, he began to see that his work was evolving. Many of his students were progressing quickly, mastering Reiki and eager for more. They would come to him asking, “What next?” That’s when he realized that his purpose wasn’t simply to heal but to empower others to heal and teach. His mission expanded from transforming individuals to training future healers and teachers, creating ripples of transformation that would reach far beyond his own circle. The result was the birth of the Reiki Teacher Training programs, Past Life Regression Therapist courses, and other advanced curricula. Today, many of his students are accomplished healers themselves, teaching and guiding others across the world a legacy that fills him with immense joy.
Looking back, he often traces everything back to a single, almost unremarkable moment, the seed of it all. He had just received a corporate award for performance, standing under the bright lights of recognition. Outwardly, it was a moment of pride, a symbol of achievement. But inwardly, a thought quietly stirred: If I can achieve this here, why not use that same ability to create something that serves humanity in a deeper way? That question lingered, then bloomed into a conviction. It became the spark that ignited Nalanda Wellness and the beginning of a life that blended success with soul, prosperity with peace.

From that moment, there was no turning back. What began as a career transformed into a calling, and what began as a search for healing became a lifelong journey of awakening. His path from corporate trainer to spiritual guide is not a story of escape from the material world, but of integration, of learning that true success comes when the inner and outer worlds finally meet in harmony.
